• Represented the Relators in a qui tam lawsuit filed under the Federal False Claims Act that resulted in the largest healthcare settlement in the history of South Carolina at the time.
• Represented multiple relators in a nationwide healthcare fraud case that resulted in a hospital chain paying more than $260 Million to settle claims.
• Represented the relator in a qui tam lawsuit under the Federal False Claims Act resulting in a $1.2 million settlement.
• Responsible for representing a whistleblower, alleging that an ambulance company has fraudulently billed the United States government. The government ultimately intervened in the case. This article describes the government’s decision to intervene.
